Pricing questions
How is Condexa priced?
Plans are priced per month and billed annually, based on how many teams and systems use Condexa rather than on every rule you write. Most customers start with a fixed-scope pilot on one decision, so you know it works before you commit.
Is there a free trial?
Instead of an empty trial account, we run a guided pilot on one of your real decisions. It gets you further, faster: by the end you have a working decision your systems are calling, not a sandbox you never had time to explore.
Do we pay per rule or per decision?
No. You are not charged for building more workflows or changing rules, because that is exactly the behaviour we want to encourage. Plans differ by the number of workspaces, environments and call volumes.
Can we move from a pilot to a plan without starting again?
Yes. Everything built in the pilot, including workflows, lookup tables and run history, carries straight over.
